The personal data provided by users are used only to organize the event and will not be disclosed to third parties. 2. Legal basis of the processing

The above mentioned treatments and purposes are rendered legitimate by the express consent of the interested party, with the exception of treatments imposed by law for which consent is not necessary.

We inform you that taking into account the purposes of the treatment as explained above, failure to provide incorrect or partial data may result in the inability to attend the conference.

3. Method of treatment

Your personal data may be processed either by paper or computer files (including portable devices) and in ways strictly necessary to meet the aforementioned purposes. All data processing operations are carried out in such a way as to guarantee their integrity and confidentiality.

4. Data retention period

In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 of the GDPR, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows identification of data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

5. To whom can your data be communicated?

5.1 - The data provided may be made available to employees operating within the scope of the P.A.F.O.M. (contacts, collaborators, employees, in charge of processing data in the context of the related duties, strictly related to the performance of the Prophetic Economy event).

Rights of the interested party

As an interested party, you have the opportunity to exercise against P.A.F.O.M. all the rights recognized and guaranteed by the legislation in force, with regard to processing activities that concern your personal data. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR you have the right to:

  1. to obtain at any time confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the processing of personal data concerning you and, if so, to gain access to personal data as well as information on the categories of personal data processed, recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data are or will be communicated;

  2. to request the correction of inaccurate personal data, the integration of incomplete data or the limitation of processing that concerns them or to oppose their processing;

  3. to propose a claim to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data or to the competent Authority which is that of the place of habitual residence or domicile of those who dispute a violation of their rights, following the procedures and indications published on the Authority's official website on;

  4. to request the immediate cancellation of personal data concerning you when the consent is revoked, are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed, the legal basis for processing has ceased to have been unlawfully processed;

  5. to "data portability": the GDPR introduces the new right to data portability. This right allows the data subject to receive their personal data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, and - under certain conditions - to transmit them to another data controller without impediments.
